Jame has been serving in ministry since 1995. He is passionate about creating churches that unchurched people love to attend, expanding the vision, mission and visibility of NorthBridge in the Pittsburgh area, and serving the local community.
Jame and his wife, Krista, have been married for 22 years and have three children - Owen, Caden, and Kylie. Outside of his position at NorthBridge, Jame enjoys aviation, reading, and listening to U2.
Jason joined the NorthBridge staff in November 2017. He has been in ministry since 2009 and has always loved reaching people through music, art, and technology. Jason is passionate about developing others in their faith, leadership and creative talents.
Jason and his wife, Liz, were married in 2011 and have three young children - Mia, Jameson (JJ), and Samson. Jason loves spending time with his family and friends and enjoys being creative through everything from writing and performing music, or photography to woodworking. Jason enjoys movies, dinners and games with Liz and the kids, fly fishing and tinkering on his motorcycle.
Rob has been in ministry since 1999 and has been part of the NorthBridge staff since 2008. Rob's enthusiasm for kids and students to grow in their relationship with Jesus is evident in everything he does, and he wants them to know what God's love can do to change their lives.
Rob and his wife, Liz, have two young children - Lincoln and Annabel. His perfect day would include going to the park with his family, listening to loud music in the car, and sharing stories over a good meal with friends.
Sarah became part of the NorthBridge team in 2014, after a year-long internship. She is passionate about making the mission and vision of NorthBridge clear and consistent in every environment. Sarah is also our Guest Services Director, leading the team that is responsible for creating a great first-impression for every person who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, you can usually find her baking in her kitchen and listening to Sinatra, or throwing a party for no particular reason.
Scott joined our staff in September 2017. He started attending NorthBridge in 2015 and serves on our Guest Services Team. Scott is passionate about seeing people join together in community and grow in their relationship with Jesus. He loves to see the life-changing bonds that are formed when people ‘do life’ together in a community group.
Scott and his wife, Kim, have been married for five years and have two young children – Judah and Emma Grace. Outside of his role at NorthBridge, Scott enjoys weight training (kettlebells rock!), hunting, reading and going for walks and fun rides through the country with Kim and their kids.
Kirstian joined the NorthBridge staff as Waumba Land Director in June 2018 after serving in family ministry for more than five years. She is especially passionate about helping families win. She loves getting to watch the littlest ones at NorthBridge grow their faith and learn that "God loves them" and "Jesus wants to be friend forever."
Outside of NorthBridge, Kirstian is the wife of Michael and mom of Claire, Luke and Joshua. She loves to run, play volleyball and exercise with friends, as well as teach book studies at the local YMCA. She loves everything about her hometown, Zelienople, where she still lives, and also enjoys camping and traveling with her family.
Sarah and her family have been part of NorthBridge since 2013. She began serving as a volunteer in our Waumba Land environment in 2015. Sarah loves helping to create environments that are engaging and inviting for little ones to help lead them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, reading, and making things beautiful.
Joanne is the Family Ministry Coordinator and has been on staff since January 2017. She started attending NorthBridge in 2012 and prior to joining the staff, she served for five years as an InsideOut small group leader and two years as a Transit small group leader. She loves having the opportunity each week to invest in the students and kids of NorthBridge and see them grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Joanne loves good books, Starbucks, and figuring out ways to make anything work better.
